We use Discord as our main communication hub because it’s free, fast, and super easy to use. It’s where all our project updates, briefs, and collaborations happen — and where you’ll stay connected with the Astronic SYNC team and fellow artists.

How It Works

1. Join the Server
   If you haven’t already, join our private Discord server here:

2. Get Your Artist Channel
   After joining, ping one of our moderators in the welcome channel. Within an hour, you’ll receive your dedicated artist channel, where:

   • You can chat directly with our team

   • We’ll send you sync briefs, project opportunities, and updates

   • You can share WIPs, ask questions, and collaborate freely

     
     

3. Group Channels & Collaboration
   Based on your availability and interests, we’ll assign you to group channels where you can:

   • Collaborate with other artists

   • Work on custom briefs together

   • Stay in sync with team-based projects

   Just let us know when you’re available and we’ll plug you in.

   
   

4. Stay Updated

   • Keep an eye on #announcements for important news and deadlines

   • Please read the #rules channel when you join

   • The rest of the channels are self-explanatory — explore freely!
